LJ Eye Institute Ambala and SD Vidya School Organize Free Eye Check-Up Camp for School Children
LJ Eye Institute, Ambala, in collaboration with The SD Vidya School, organized a free eye screening camp for school children to detect early signs of eye issues like lazy eye and refractive errors. Held within the school premises, this noble initiative aimed to promote eye health and awareness among young students.
Under the leadership of Dr. Rajeev and LJ Eye Institute’s expert optometry team, more than 100 students underwent detailed eye examinations. Children found with vision problems were advised appropriate treatments and further consultations.
The camp was supported by LJ Eye Institute’s outreach and community service team, along with the active participation of the school faculty. Present during the event were key team members including Amit Verma, Parveen Sabarwal, and Nishu, who ensured the smooth functioning of the camp.
Principal Neelanjali Kaul appreciated the institute’s initiative and emphasized the importance of regular eye checkups for children. The program created awareness about eye health and highlighted LJ Eye Institute’s commitment to community well-being.
