A recent gathering turned out to be much more than just a catch-up with old peers and friends—it was an incredibly enriching experience at the CME hosted by the 𝐋𝐮𝐝𝐡𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐎𝐩𝐡𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 and Dr. Dhami Eye Care Hospital.
Dr. Vikas Mittal had the opportunity to present on the management of LASIK complications, leading to fascinating discussions on advanced topics like lenticule-based refractive surgery, TG PRK in early keratoconus, and the Phorcides Planning software for Contoura vision correction.
Although these surgeries are part of our routine practice, the true insights come from exchanging ideas and exploring new approaches with academic and industry peers.
What made the experience even more special was the presence of industry stalwarts such as Dr. Gaurav Luthra, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐆𝐒 𝐃𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐢, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐡𝐚𝐰𝐚, Dr. Mahipal Sachdev, Dr. Rohit Omparkash, Dr. Rushad Shroff, and many others. Their thought-provoking insights and perspectives added great depth to the discussion.
A special mention goes to 𝐃𝐫. 𝐍𝐢𝐦𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐃𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐢, who moderated the session with passion and grace, making the entire experience even more engaging.
