As per the Government of India regulations and NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) guidelines, LJ Eye Institute strictly maintains privacy and confidentiality of all patient medical records, reports, and personal information.
- All patient data is stored in NABH-approved and government-compliant medical record systems and secure MRD (Medical Records Department) rooms.
- No public access—physical or digital—is available for this data.
- Patient information is never stored in publicly accessible forms and is not shared, leaked, or uploaded to public platforms or third-party websites without legal authorization.
As per NABH and legal requirements, we retain medical data for five (5) years only. After completion of this period, records are disposed of and deleted securely in compliance with Government rules and NABH standards.
The NABH certificate provided by the Institute itself confirms that we comply with these required data protection clauses.
