| 4# | Fees is refundable in case of non-consultation. It is the scnario where patient fails to connect with doctor or doctor fails to connect with patient(by audio call or by video call, if both of the mode get failed to connect with patient). |

| 2# | जैसा की आप जानते हैं की ऑनलाइन कंसल्टेशन में आपका डॉक्टर आपको बिना मशीनों की सहायता के ही मदद करता है, यह सिर्फ एक सहायता मात्र है जो डॉक्टर अपने पेशेंट के करना चाहता है जो की असलियत में की गई जांचों से अलग हो सकती है । तो डॉक्टर की सलाह मानना या उसे न मानना पूरे तर्हां से पेशेंट एवं पेशेंट के रिश्तेदारों पर निर्भर करेगा । |
| 3# | जो मेडिकल सहायता आप को दी जाएगी वो पूरी तर्हां से आपके द्वारा बताये गए लक्षणों या दिखाया गए रिपोर्ट्स के आधार पर होगी । एल जे ऑई इंस्टिट्यूट या इसके एम्प्लोयी एवं डॉक्टर किसी भी विपरीत परिस्थितयों के लिए जिम्मेवार नहीं होंगे या उसे न मानना पूरे तर्हां से पेशेंट एवं पेशेंट के रिश्तेदारों पर निर्भर करेगा । |
| 4# | यदि आप या आपका डॉक्टर आप से वीडियो या ऑडियो कॉल(किसी भी एक) के माध्यम से आप से बात नहीं कर पता तो आपकी फीस 24घन्टे में वापिस कर दी जाएगी । |
