Dr. Vikas Mittal from LJ Eye Institute conducted Lamellar Corneal Surgery workshop at Islamia Eye Institute, Dhaka that included Lectures, Wetlabs, Live surgery (DSEK and DMEK) and interactions with cornea surgeons of IISEI&H, Dhaka. As per them, it was first DMEK (an advanced technique of performing corneal transplant) at Bangladesh! Deeply impressed with the quantum of services offered at IIEI. Thanks to CEO and cornea surgeons of IIEI, Dhaka for enthusiasm, academic discussions, and hospitality.
