At the end of the fellowship, the trainee will be armed with the skills that will help him\/her provide the best possible Paediatric & Glaucoma care to the patients. The course includes supervised one-on-one medical and surgical training, focus on building individual strengths, independent decision-making ability and imbibing the values required in patient care.<\/p>\n

The candidate is expected to have basic ophthalmology knowledge and prior surgical experience in cataract surgeries.<\/p>\n

The course duration is 18 months. One candidate will be selected per session.<\/p>\n
